How about you, readers? What would you do to make Love Letters more you?
Or Lia and Terrence, with their outdoor, upstate New York affair, filled with dove greys and warm, antique whites. Love how the typewriter font adds that vintage authenticity.
Like Rebecca and Garrett, who wanted a vintage postcard response and custom postmark monogram for their thank you notes. How clever, to take the letter-writing theme even further!
So, when our clients come to us with their ideas to make love letters even more personal, we’re more than happy to grant them their every wish.
The original invitation suite is inspired by not only vintage love letters, but my favorite love story ever, Harold and Maude. In this 1971 cult classic, Harold gives Maude a locket, which reads, Harold loves Maude. To which she replies, and Maude loves Harold. We took this idea, and translated in into a silver charm, which wraps the invitation envelope.

Our wedding invitation, , is already personal. Written by the bride and groom, or the bride’s parents, this invitation is scribed in letter form, complete with a sweet greeting, and effusive sign-off. The response card is also written to encourage letters back, with just the single line: “Please write back soon and tell us if you’ll come” Wedding invitations used to all be written in letter form, but we have fallen on modern times, where just the facts are laid out, and boxes checked to communicate the who, what, where and when.
@amiatEAD Great to finally meet you today! @katijayne Thanks! @katijayne your booth today made me so happy...
